Monday:
30 level Precisions
30 Push ups
10 minutes cat crawling

20 Pistol squats (10 on each leg)
Balance practice

20 Level precisions

Wednesday:
Cycling
Swimming
20 Level Precisions

Thursday:
Rest

50 Level precisions

Saturday:
Training and General whatever conditioning

Sunday:
Rest
