My conditioning.

Well. This is my first post, I thought I'd talk about myself a little, I'm Sonny, 19 from the UK I practice parkour with BHB parkour. (Herts, Bucks, Beds) I've been training about 3 years now going on 4! So yeah, I think for a good first post it'd be good to talk about a conditioning routine I've thought about lately!


A Important part of Every traceur I Guess, Well I've started my own conditioning time table which is basically for legs only and some other body, It is

Monday:
30 level Precisions
30 Push ups
10 minutes cat crawling

Tuesday:
20 Pistol squats (10 on each leg)
Balance practice
Training
20 Level precisions
------------------------------------
Wednesday:
Cycling
Swimming
20 Level Precisions
------------------------------------
Thursday:
Rest
------------------------------------
Friday:
Training
50 Level precisions
------------------------------------
Saturday:
Training and General whatever conditioning
------------------------------------
Sunday:
Rest
------------------------------------

Well I might update it soon, Depends but I intend to start pushing myself,
